Roger is a quiet and gentle trainer. His technique is to gain a horse's trust and not put too much pressure on a horse too quickly. Emphasis is placed on the safety of the animal, along with routine.

Winter and spring are opportune times to have a "tune up" done on your horse to get them back into great physical shape and break any bad habits they may have picked up.
